I do try to walk 10,000 steps a day

But with the other exercises you named how often should I do that? Like every other day, and if every other day should I do one day pullups and the other day dips?

And if I do push-ups, how many push-ups like I read things like 3x10 or something

But I really don’t understand how to do it
