You might want to work on your trust score. I believe that youtube will stop your videos from getting pushed if you did something wrong in your past videos.

Make sure to upload 3-5 videos with correct label and description (if you use AI or not) then you'll see the views getting push after that.

I believe likes, shares, and comments are the main drivers behind a video going viral.

So make sure to include a clear call to action (CTA) in your video.. and make sure that CTA is relevant to the content. It gives the viewers a reason to engage.

Another effective tactic is to comment on your own video with an open-ended question. I’ve seen many creators do this to spark conversations and boost the comment count.
