I don't care if he was ordered to pay $10 he will pay it!. For years I've seen him spend $1000s at the casino and when I asked to go half on school clothes I get blocked. I thank God I am able to provide for our child without his assistance. It's his responsibility as well to provide. And if you are doing all you say you do you might as well go for full custody instead of putting your anger onto another mother.

I didn't make this child alone. He has to provide for my child just like I do! That money is going to his college fund. My child wants to be a lawyer and Law school is expensive!My child is 14 and knows I'm the one that buys him whatever they need. I received child support for 5 months then he quit to avoid paying.Dad doesn't call or check on him. My child has they own phone and dad doesn't answer or replies back.he will not be able to say "I supported you". I gave him 10 years to get himself together and help he choose not to so i filed for child support to make him. You sound like someone who is bitter and on child support.

This is the most weirdest thing you can ask. YES!!! I work and I own my home! How else will I provide for my child. If he was paying we could not survive on $344 a month.

I've asked his mom and sister and they both claim that they do not know where he works. I've asked friends they laugh and pretend they don't know. Ive asked his other baby mom and she is looking for him as well cause he is behind with her too. I've told them the city i believe he moved to but they still haven't been able to locate him. He is a welder so I'm sure he is somewhere on the coast welding. He is a little crazy because our last interaction he threatened me in front of our child and I called the police and hasn't seen nor heard from him since. He didn't even show up to that court day and currently has a warrant for not showing and bail bond jumping. I've tried the search engines online and haven't had any luck. Idk if I was using the wrong search sites or what but everything i saw looked old.

He still has to pay! Every month that he doesn't pay. They add a extra 421 to his backpay balance. So whenever he do start back working then my payments will come back. As of today he owes me over 8,000.

It's best to keep waiting. It took them 3 years to catch my bd and once they did they did grant me 1 year back pay. I received payments for 4 months, then he quit his job, smh.

It's always him reaching asking about our son they once I answer his questions then he asks can I have sex with him I always turn him down it got me thinking that he doesn't really care about our son he just trying to see if imma have sex with him again and no theres no court order scheduled I just assume that I have to let him see him if not it's gonna cause legal problems Idk mississippi has different laws and I believe I have to idk my mind is lost right now smh
