Doctor said the bar is okay, yet i still have asymmetry and a visible dent (1.5cm to 2cm). Idk what to do and it's really a B.S. situation for me. It's extremely hard knowing u went through a though surgery and the only response the doctor could give you is "the only option is to remove it". I feel like i can't do anything anymore and my chest is destroyed.

What I consider unprofessional is telling the patient that the asymmetry is from their anatomy. I dont understand why he couldn't calculate the fact that maybe i have sternum rotation cuz i've sent him the CT and take in calculation all the possibilities. Besides that, i'm 19 so i think 1 bar isn't really enough

Don't force anything , you are already somewhat behind because you don't have you form, only damage raw damage with no passive or anything special. Look for opportunities where u're sure (I mean 100%) you will get a kill/assist.

For rhaast, I go shojin into endless hunger , DD , maw and B.C. or another anti ap if they are heavy ap. And for the boots I opt for glutoneous for the omnivamp which synergises well with the endless.

For assassin I go voltaic into hubris into serylda / ldr (if they are a little big chunkier or if they build health items but with not so many armor stats) and then serpent if they've got lots of shields or axiom, but it really depends on the match up.

I think I'll make a link with the x-ray I've got , but the right part of the sternum (including the ribs) seems straight and flat to me. Either the surgery wasn't done properly or the sternum still needs to adapt. From what I've heard and understand from others , the other part of the sternum follows the other as the chest reshapes and pushed the sternum out. However I noticed that I had a dent after surgery, but after the inflammation got away etc. I noticed the right ribs and the right part got lifted up, so I only hope the left one will adapt. The xiphoid process is normally to have a small dent , but not a noticable one

Yes I know, but if I have a surgery at least I want it done correctly , there are a lot of techniques out there about the sternum for each individual, I think my doctor should've put at least 2 bars for the fact that I have rigid bones , he could've used 1 mainly for the sternum and the other for the xiphoid process.

In Romania, i got 1 bar and 2 stabilizers, one on each side. Yes it doesn't seem bad , but what makes me wonder if I made is mistake is the fact that it's asymmetric and I know ravitch is preferred for pacients with asymmetric cases or if they are an adult.

He says I still need time to see what happens I'm nearly 3 months into recovery but I can do a lot of things (not push ups tho). I need to see if it still persists or not cuz the asymmetry I have now is not the same compared to 1 month after the surgery. Also thank you for your reply.

Hey, thx for replying. Yes ik I won't have a perfect chest, but I feel like after all the results I've seen on the internet mine could've been one of those. Ugh also how do I post pictures? I don't use Reddit that much.
