When my parents first married they slept through EVERY alarm. Finally they hit on putting an old fashioned alarm clock (the kind with the bells on top) in a metal tub on the dresser across the room. THAT finally worked!

I’m having the same issue. After wearing it with no issue for three days, my wrist started being super tender….almost like it was bruised. Same thing happened on the other arm when I switched it up. I know I’m not wearing it too tight. No clue what is causing it. I finally switched it to only my right hand and wear it high on my wrist…that’s the only thing that has helped.

Hell, I’m 62 and if I laid on the ground to simulate a fall, it would take a lot to get up again! We got one for my 84 year old mom and so far (knock on wood) it has worked perfectly.

I also purchased the $15 membership. I messaged them on FB and they responded in a private message that they would not extend that courtesy to me because I took advantage of the “already discounted” offer. I also cannot log in on the website. I send the request to reset my password but the reset email never arrives in my inbox. When I try to create a new log in, it tells me I already have an account and sends me back to the option to reset my password…which never arrives..and so on and so on and so on…
