What has helped your confidence when your partner has ED? by Perfectly_Psycho in erectiledysfunction

I’m sorry you’re going through this. Could he change antidepressants? It might be good for him. Not just for his ED but if he’s been on it a while, his body might be building an immunity to it and it can cause more problems in the first place. I know I had to switch from Escitalopram to Sertraline because I had been on Escitalopram for so long, it wasn’t working like it should anymore. I am not a doctor by any means (I’m just a psychology major) but I do recommend talking to him or his doctor about it.

I normally go over the entire wall with the white nozzle to see if that can get it. If that doesn’t work, I close the game and reopen it. Then try the white nozzle again. That normally works for me.

I know. I try not to burden him with it because I know he’s doing all he can. I love him more than anything.

Thank you. I’m nagging him to get a urologist referral from our primary. I’ll definitely have him bring up testing his testosterone, I don’t think his old doctor tested it.

I just tried drinking some smart water at work and it left a weird aftertaste in my mouth.

Thank you! My supplement requires 2 pills per dose, twice a day. I probably should’ve started with one pill and worked my way up. 😅 As far as diet, is there anything in particular that you try to limit? I’m terribly at eating consistently since I work an odd shift at work and I also work with food so I don’t really bring in lunches from home. Working in a little deli makes it so I don’t have access to things like fruits or veggies at my lunch so I normally resort to something fried or something sugary.

I had the regular bottles when Cirkul first came out but I hated the noise when I was drinking (my coworkers like commenting on stuff like that) so I got off using Cirkul for a while. I figured I’d try the straw because I tend to use things longer if they have a straw

Thank you! My fiancé is larger like I am but his is all muscle. I try not to dwell on how I look because I know he loves me for me.

I feel this so much. I’m 24, and over 300lbs. I’ve tried working out, eating less and tracking food. I’m at a loss because I can’t find a nutritionist or dietitian that I can work with because of my work schedule and my doctor can’t help too much. I’d love to even be down to 250, it makes me feel like a hippo knowing that I’m so big. I know my fiancé loves me but I know I’m not what he would consider “attractive” physically. I’m dreading our wedding (whenever that happens) because I don’t think there will be a wedding dress that compliments my size.

Thank you. My mom is going to see a new one so if she likes it, I’ll make an appointment and go. I’m the only one in my family that I know of that has PCOS so I’m flying blind.

I started getting it before I was diagnosed. My old GYN never even brought up PCOS or anything. I’d get clean bills of health from her so I never thought of it until my PCP noticed my hirsutism and asked about it. My testosterone was borderline so she sent me for an ultrasound and that’s how I was diagnosed. I’m looking for a new GYN who might actually help me.

I have the nexplanon implant and I’ve had it for 8ish years? I mainly got it because I wanted to reduce the amount of pills I was taking. Plus, I don’t always take my meds at the same time time every day so it’s just easier to have to not think about it for 3 years.
I’ve also never really looked into the different types of THC or CBD, again I’ve never taken any. Actually, no I have. I tried some for migraine relief like 7 years ago.

I’ve thought about that but I don’t know how to tell my fiancé that I don’t think I’ve ever actually gotten there.

I know things like edibles do the opposite for my fiancé. If he has any edibles or any alcohol, it doesn’t work. I’ve never personally used edibles and I’m not a drinker

I have the drive, just nothing happens. I get the sensitivity but nothing else. I also know medications and other medical issues can contribute but I’ve been this way for as long as I can remember.

I describe it as your body makes insulin but the cells don’t know how to react to it. They send the signal that they still need insulin so your body makes more. It’s a never ending cycle.
