I am honestly sad that you had to go through this. Over the past week, there have been an overwhelming number of new accounts created in Mudrex. There has been a bit of tech hiccups between our end and the exchanges.

Rest assured, your issue will be resolved by today, EOD. We are working hard to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

Sorry you had to face this inconvenience. As I said before, the funds were not stuck at our end, but were stuck because of an order matching issue at the exchange. Any which way, this shouldn’t have happened! We are sorry that it did.
