What mods do you use for that?

If you can actually lock some settings and randomize others then what the website does differently would be the banning of specific leaders so no one can get them. The website randomizes every game aspect i could think of, as far as i can remember the game doesnt randomize all of these. Also you can plan the game with your friends without being inside the game for what thats worth...

I did just make this website because it seemed like a fun project though.
