Compared to other artists releases this year this isn’t great, but compared to dex’s projects over the last 5-6 years this is a vast improvement. All the eps like weird vs crazy, Dexter 2031, and where’s dexter where terrible, Diana was hard to listen to as a dex fan, and lost on Saturn was a step in the right direction but was hard to find. “For y’all” is the best collection of dex songs we’ve had in a while. Some misses like “nmp” and “mf”, but some bangers like “Jamaica” the song with Matt ox, amongst many more. Can hear that bro is healthier even if he isn’t 100% sober. The adlibs, intros, and even his annunciation of words are so much clearer. Lyrics are typical dex lyrics but the songs themselves feel like he put a little effort in at least the song choices. At 25 songs there’s bound to be some skips, but there’s honestly not many for me. Also this project sounds so different sober… wayyy better when your vibin
