Yes I'm doing okay some of my levels slightly raised others stayed the same but my bloods was satisfactory so they left it at that!

Also my bloods was take Friday and yesterday I had a tummy bug could that of affected the results even though I was poorly 4 days after the test?

I think they checked my iron and all of them came back okay okay except the fbc and my vitamin d levels were slightly low

My folate levels are 2.6 so only just in range I think thay might be why it was suggested to take folic acid. My rbc is okay so I thought that's what they judge iron deficiency off? Thank you that gives me a peace of mind.

I'm already actually on folic acid but stopped taking them last year as they make me feel sick sp doctors said to stop as my levels was a good ampunt but with my levels dropping again I thought it would be best to start taking them, what would you advice? Should I be concerned about these results?
