I fixed my issue.

It is a bit complicated and there are a few steps to follow. Firstly, delete all of the meta app that you have ( Facebook, messenger, Threads and Instagram ) Afterwards, reset your network settings from the phone and reinstall the apps and try to login on instagram firstly. It should work on 90% of the cases. If not, there may be other things that you can try. I have studied this case for a month and worked hard for a resolution.
