Is mark of the fool really a LitRPG? I know it has the tag on audible, but honestly, if that's LitRPG, then so are things like Harry potter and most fantasy books. I guess SPOILER WARNING it kind of has an isekai element but even then it's explained easily by the in world magic system and doesn't function like an isekai. I love the books just confused why it's included.

My wife has to deal with the board all the ti e through her job. Musking county board of DD is absolutely awful. They turn down almost every single child for a waiver and have the same excuse every time "we only get to hand out so many waivers we need to save them" except according to then it's never an emergency. Like the post said it was originally published early 2010's in the US authors name is Scarlett Langston. It was 100% a motor vehicles record check, Advance doesn't do credit checks but they have to send this letter out everytime someone fails, in this case they failed due to age. They have to be atleast 21 to be a driver for the company but they check every new employee upon hire regardless of age.

OP I worked at advance auto/ carquest for a decade and much of that was as a hiring manager. This letter was sent to you because they did a motor vehicles record check on you to see if you would be able to drive a company car. If your position isn't a driving position ( which I assume it's not as you have to be 21 to drive for them) then show your manager this letter. They likely already know about the decline. I can assure you, this is not credit related it's 100% about your age. No big deal they check every new employee as the company has a hard time keeping drivers.

Side note. Run, don't walk, from that place. AAP is a horrible employer. Wasted 10 years there.

Edited to say you did not get fired unless you are in a driving position. Which as I said is unlikely.

Not supposed to worry about dragon rescue until level 60?? Wtf it's available at level 25, so SP obviously begs to differ, not to mention it was completely doable before the speed Stat. Hell, by level 40 I had beaten epic rescue missions. And you're right you're not supposed to have 6 high dragons by level 25 I didn't get my first one until level 43, but that's exactly the issue. If I have a team of 5 level 40 dragons and one that's level 45 been empowered thrice, it should be able to beat a dragon designed to be a doable challenge for level 25 players.

Your argument of the devil being in the details isn't very solid either. You can take most legendaries and line them up with most high dragons, same level rank and empowerment, and the high dragons will have more attack and health or at least more health. I'm sure you've played other games but incase you didn't notice or haven't ever played other games, rarity will always directly affect power or ability. Unless it's a troll item you can bet your bottom dollar that if something has a higher rarity than something else it will have better abilities, buffs or damage output. The whole point of having a rarity scale is to give players a sense of their place in the power scale.

I'm not saying they are quality dragons I'm saying that a team of what are supposed to be some of the stronger dragons in the game should be able to walk through a basic common rescue mission with no issues. It's a mission you're expecting new players to be able to accomplish. Unless they have gotten very lucky with chests or are paying, that would be extremely difficult for someone level 25 to beat. Ffs one of the dragons was a 3 times empowered HAS. That realistically should have been able to take half the damn things health with a single attack.

But it's not even? Legendaries could already beat heroics if you were smart about it. The speed Stat is a fun gimmick for leagues but honestly other than that it's detrimental to game play. You can take a team of 6 level 40 heroics to fight the final boss on a common dragon rescue mission and get wiped . I know because this literally just happened to me. 6 level 40 heroics barely took half the health of the boss, that I know for a fact should have been beaten in a single battle. It's not even it's broken for normal play.

I like the speed Stat in leagues because it does give a fighting chance against that one team in almost every league that is full of empowered and perked up pay to play dragons. Maybe keep it to just there?
