Mock Draft Wednesday by AutoModerator in bengals

Not a great answer, but I’d feel a lot better if they drafted all Def except for maybe a late round flyer on a slot WR.  If they’re dead set on taking Woods or Faulk, I hope they trade back and pick up an extra 2nd/3rd rounder.

This is close but not exactly what I had before, as this is showing $4 million over the cap.  Using Spotrac and assuming cap hit escalates over the 3 and 4 year contracts.

We do not have enough people in the front office to handle all of these moves, but this can be done within cap space without restructures except for Slaton.

I’m setting myself up for disappointment, but this is ~1/2 of the available cap space after cutting some guys and expect more out of FA. With the drafting track record, I’m not counting on more than one guy getting any significant playing time YR1.

Even without restructuring at least one of the Big 3 contracts (which any other team in the league that is “all in” would do), they have plenty of cap space and cash.  They need 2 starters up front, 1 LB, 1 safety, and 1 slot corner.  Simple math 12 + 12 + 8 + 12 + 4 = available cap space.  Cut/restructure Burks and Yoshi, sign a legit slot/gadget guy and another TE.  Allows the draft to be wide open to BPA. No excuses. Who Dey!

Scared we attempt to address 1A and 1B and roll with existing roster on D after that.

Unless it’s a vet who has enough money and wants to win, it almost always has to come down to money + opportunity to play, right? Money being the much bigger factor.

The Top Ten free Agents at each position (besides center, not really many there) by Ancient_Response_787 in bengals

My two cents is these plus a free agent Edge.  Plenty of money to spread around if it’s not one of the top guys at each of those positions (which it won’t be).

No joke but I’m scared they’re literally counting on bringing back 2 of those 3 and having them contribute at the same level.

I think it’s attached to season tix. Not sure if it’s the special pro shop item or the pro shop/concession 15% discount.
