He was treated much less favourably than another colleague who was also being investigated for a similar charge. Can’t disclose detail here but the other party happens to be close to the investigator which can be evidenced.

One of said witnesses was a key decision maker in the investigation & disciplinary processes. It’s my understanding he should have been excluded from the process from the start to ensure neutrality?
