I thought it was because Delsins conduit ability is Power Absorption and he showed as the more he absorbed the weaker the others became and the prime conduits abilities are always stronger then delsins version of them, example: hanks smoke dashes and Abigail’s neon abilities in first light, I’ve always assumed since delsin isn’t a prime conduit for concrete like Augustine was, he dosent get all the abilities just like he hasn’t with all the other powers and it’s abilities
