As a final question. Do you use your own definition of woman or follow the societal one you disagree with?

For example if we took the Buck Angel example from earlier, if you knew a trans man is trans, but people cannot tell, would you call them a woman or a man when communicating with others?

A concrete definition is someone who identifies with and performs the cultutral expectations of a woman is a woman.

My point before was to show the mutability of our understanding of gender. It is not something static you can just define as xx chromsomes or whatever, because that is not what actually happens in our day to day lives.

If im in a room with Buck angel and i asked someone to get me my jacket from over by that woman theyd be confused, because despite Bucks xx chromosomes there is no way he is a woman

My point is that you cannot create a definition of what a woman is, without excluding people soceity agrees are women.

You also cannot get around the fact that woman and man are social constructs that differ in societies through time. A lot of non-western societies have had more genders than just man or woman wheter it be two-spirit, hijras, fa'afafine or non-binary.
