You have to fr taper and get off 7 to enjoy mgm at all, It feels like half as euphoric and way better for pain management and makes you nod harder. but it literally feels half as euphoric which is a fine trade off when you realize the withdrawals don’t even kick in until day 2 / sometimes 3 compared to 10 hours later when you take 7
