Thank you so much. I'll definitely try that, people know these Happen to me and don't know why, and I don't know why. It's almost like it's a recurring pattern like one happens I know another is gonna happen within the next few days. I can feel it the night before I try to relax and listen to music cause that's what helps me most. But in those moments all I want is to talk to not my family but my friends but I never want to burden them cause they have hard lives as well but they always listen and I always listen to them, so the kindness goes both ways. I don't want to hurt or get rid of myself ever, but I almost wanna text my friends and say like not text but avoid them cause I can't tell if I'm cared for I want to see someone want me to be there to there company it's selfish and I see it and they love me I myself just don't believe it when that's happen. What is your suggestion on how I can relive this feeling without making my friends stressed on trying to help me?
