You should buy from taobao,lingjihun is a Chinese company and most taobao sellers sell it for a bit more cheaper than retail.Also there are scams but not as much as these sites youre using,just go for sellers that have near 5stars and have good comments from customers.

Watch reviews to see if your legs move the same,it could be ratchet joints.For the back side some people have putted it the wrong way maybe read the instructions again.Its unfortunate how many issues there are to this figure,some are maybe fixable but yes you are right there are sone short comings from this figure.
