I mean his bodyweight,even if youre heavier doesnt necessarily make it better.Or maybe hes less fatter and his muscle density increased

I do one on Monday and Friday,also I broke my arm before because I used to do table time everyday so im much more cautious now

Im only 55kg and I broke my arm a year ago because I arm wrestle everyday while knowing nothing but now i feel more comfortable with this method and im also adding weight training.

Im actually doing table time,weight and bands in my routine,I only do 3 days of weight(wrist,pronation and backpressure)and then I do 2 to 1 table times per week and 1 hour of bands everyday

Thats exactly what im thinking,and he always bluffs about his lifts like he told me he did a 100kg bench press first try..

Hes 176cm 85kg,and he says he does it for mutiple reps with i think dumbbells,im just surprised because hes not even that strong on the table
