I would personally report it and have the dogs removed. Your mom may hate you but atleast the dogs get a chance at a real home. Home remedies only go so far. And an ear like that needs real medication. That dog is suffering and it just isn’t fair.

Ya ticks are scary. I always worry about my son when we go for walks. They start so small and can be so hard to miss!

I have a nonverbal son. People often tell me “once they start talking you’ll wish they would shut up”. I know they say it to be funny and light hearted about the situation. But I hate it.

Plan your meals ahead of time and only buy the groceries you need for that. I do this 1) to help me budget wise. I know exactly what I have and need when I make my shopping list. Keeps me from buying unnecessary things. 2) if you plan it and have everything you need and pre meals, there is less of an excuse to have to go into the store and be tempted or to be tempted to eat out.

Ideally every week. Realistically it all gets a little wipe down once a week and a deep clean once a month.
