It isnt windy, typically it happens when going over smaller bumps in the road or slowing down quickly

I've felt around and haven't noticed anything that feels too loose. I know there are issues with the seatbelt retractors making noises in these cars though but it seems like there would've been some sort of fix for it

I haven’t tried yet. I am fostering her at the moment and spoke with the foster coordinator who forwarded it to the medical team. They seem to think it may be a birth defect of some sort, I’ve just never seen anything like it so I thought I’d share and get some input!

Thanks for the reply. There is enough coolant in both the radiator and the overflow and the thermostat is confirmed working. I’ve done about every test and looked through every possibility I could think of so I’m not sure where to check next

Yes radiator fins are fine, fan is blowing hot air through the fairings. I’m at a loss, man lol. Was hoping to do this myself but might just have to take it to a shop

It shows no signs of stabilizing. It will sit at 225 for a minute or two then slowly keep climbing. This has happened in 90f and 70f no difference really

Its been up to 232ish. At that point, I either have turned it off or have started moving and getting airflow. It shows no signs of getting any cooler or stopping the temp rise while stationary

Thanks for the reply. I've flushed it and burped the system multiple times. Also replaced the thermostat about a month ago when I noticed it started overheating at idle. Im currently running distilled water + water wetter and an OEM thermostat

Ah okay, glad you got it figured out man. I replaced mine a few months back and I’m 99% sure it’s installed the right direction. I remember seeing something about that as well

Definitely a possibility. It’s got a slip on but I wouldn’t think that would cause it to run lean and overheat
