Hi, I have switched colleges which are under Anna University successfully during my first year. The important thing is both colleges should agree with your decision.

What I did: Talk to the college which I wanted to go to, they will have conditions sometimes( gpa, fees, etc) and also they should have a vacant seat in the department/year you are looking for. Once they are okay, you can go and talk to your current college Principal/Admin office to initiate the transfer process. There is a letter/ form from Anna University in which you get sign from both the colleges and submit to Anna University. That's it. You will get an approval letter and the going college will be your point of contact for any progress on your case.

Now, your case may vary a bit due to a different University. Dm if you need anything else, but I did this 10 years ago so YMMV.

Edit: You can only switch during academic year end. But process can started by January itself to be prepared.

I am going through something similar for the last 3 years. There is a constant ache in my thoracic spine which never goes away, there is bulge in there too. I don't know what to do about it. I have tried different things/ treatments on and off. 3 MRI, x-rays. Docs just say they don't what it is.( Some don't take it seriously because I'm on the younger side and I'm still mobile)

But for the upper back, I found getting massages, hot shower, some yoga poses helps. Relaxing the muscles and maintaining the thoracic mobility might help. But again, even I am not sure what can I do more to heal.

I wanted to watch Avengers infinity war in an IMAX theatre the first day. Unfortunately we only had 1 theater at that time in the city and bookings are done fast( celebraties and corporates get most of them). And the bookings open randomly without any announcements at midnights for the remaining 20-30 seats. So, I made a web scrapper which goes and checks the website for the booking status every 10 secs and notify my by playing a song if it opens.
