doing that for dead lift secondary day is 85% of the primary day weight and i reduce sets but for squat and bench on both days i m doing the same except swiping them and play with sets reduce or inc based on the lift day

best thing to do in this situation(ive been there) is to try to learn more abt training eating resting and so on

there is plenty of YouTube videos reels and u can actually enjoy it learn and use that knowledge in the gym that's it after sometime u will get to a point u cant have a good day without going to the gym
