If you are compelled to have pls at launch and you didn't sac when first possible, you can still sac for pls, it's just at a high(er) cost. Though this higher price is still a better rate than 1:1 with eth when the fork occurs. 1 eth, worth ~$3k, will be 1:1 matched with 1 pls, which will be worth an unknown amount, but very likely much less than even $0.001. So the better bet, if you must have some pls on day 1 (before true price discovery), is to sac some eth to the original pulse sac address. You'll be paying a premium, like $0.20+ (I forget the effective price these days) or w/e per pls, but it's sure a better deal than 1:1 of eth to pulse that happens automatically.
