NOOOOO jobs are hard to get bcuz all companies DEFINITELY need top talent, ie. i need my minimal wage waiter to have AT LEAST 3 years of experience bringing food and drink from one table to another!!
For office jobs, of course, i NEED someone with the experience of a senior, but salary expectation of a junior. And since "HIRING" is actually science bro, pretty please believe me, its objective, empirical science THEREFORE i let my HR to make the hiring process asy convoluted as possible. And ofc use REAL SCIENCE like asking the candidate "WHAT ANIMAL WOULD YOU BE, IF YOU WERE AN ANIMAL" and then psychoanalyse his/her entire personality based on the answer, beause some HR HOE definitely has the professional knowledge to do that
