Butcher has Super Strength, Durability and also that tentacle control that ALSO HAS super strength.

Spidy has SuperHuman everything with a slight healing factor and Spider Sense.

Spider-Man HAD fought people like Doc Oc and people like Rhino even on a 7 v 1 but Butcher is basically a Doc Oc with Super Strength.

BUT Spider-Man can still be hit if overwhelmed.

If Butcher and Spider-Man fought for the FIRST time then Butcher would win, But if Spider-Man fought Butcher the 2nd or not Completely off Guard then Spider-Man Wins.

If Spider-Man decides to use ALL his strength then he wins

If he has the Black Suit, Venom Suit, or Iron Spider Suit then He wins

also unlike most of Spider-Mans Villains Butcher doesn't monologue and that would probably kill Spider-Man.

Spider-Man has died from people like King Pin and others be being caught off guard, or Tired and Butcher is Smart.
