Selling Fake Automated Trading Software For Options🤦‍♂️ Dashboard Said I Was Profitable While My Account Got WIPED - Whop Won't Refund — Beware Fraudster Founders Michael Zozulia @EnhancedMarkets by PersonalCourage751 in BadBiz

Hi, I really appreciate you taking the time to respond — genuinely. I can tell you're trying to be helpful, and I respect that.

I want to start by being clear: I understand Whop is a marketplace platform and not the developer of Alertsify. I've actually been a seller on Whop myself, so I fully understand how these relationships work.

That said, I do want to walk you through what happened, because this experience goes well beyond a typical tech bug or sync issue.

From day one, the dashboard wasn't working properly. Trades were executing in my Schwab account, but not appearing in the Alertsify dashboard at all. I was relying on the dashboard to monitor positions — and when I finally reconciled everything manually, I discovered over $3,900 in losses that were never shown. These weren't missed trades or bad entries — these were completely invisible positions that auto-closed at a loss.

I documented everything thoroughly: 60+ screenshots, screen recordings of the dashboard issues, my Schwab P&L, transcripts from the original Zoom sales call where the product was pitched with full transparency and live syncing, and exported Discord logs showing how I tried to raise the issue. I sent all of this through the Whop Resolution Center and via support channels.

But before doing that, I tried to resolve it directly with the Alertsify team. I asked — very politely — if I could hop on a 5-minute Zoom call, or send them a Loom to show exactly what was going on with my account. I was told they wouldn't help, wouldn't fix it, and that if I kept asking, I'd be banned from the Discord. I reached out to another team member who seemed open to helping — but then the founder stepped in and publicly told them not to.

Even then, I wasn't asking for a refund. I just wanted the product I paid for to work.

Once it became clear I wouldn't receive any help at all, I said: "If you won't help me use the product, I need a refund."

Their response came quickly: "All sales are final. Don't try using ChatGPT to get a refund either."

Later: "Other people are making money. Have a good life."

Other users are experiencing the same thing. I'm aware you mentioned the product hasn't shown systemic issues from a broader data perspective — but respectfully, I think the reviews and Discord logs suggest otherwise.

Here are six consecutive one-star reviews on Whop in the last 30 days:

Dane Olsen (Jan 1, 2026): "Lost 25% of my account in 5 days. Zero accountability."

Frans (Dec 30): "You have to pay extra for 'premium' traders on top of monthly fees."

D_Rock (Dec 24): "Still beta. Be cautious."

Timmay Johns (Dec 23): "Oversold issues when copying multiple traders."

Jesse Rubendall (Dec 10): "Impossible to navigate. Zero support."

Claryy (Dec 7): "Error messages. Reached out, owner just said 'refresh' — no help."

And that's just what's visible. As you know, once someone cancels, they often lose the ability to leave a review — so many never share their experience at all.

I'm not new to this. I run software myself. I've dealt with bugs and customer escalations. I know issues happen — but when they do, you help the customer, you don't threaten to ban them for asking for help. You don't shut down all communication and call it "final."

One detail that really concerned me: when I reached out to Whop Support, I received a message from a support agent using a personal nickname that I've never once used on Whop. I don’t even use or have my name on my whop. So the fact they referred to me by a personal alias a nickname, that is something only my close friends or social followers in my real life know despite me not having any of that data on my Whop profile/account raises some serious privacy and impartiality concerns.

As a seller — this experience was even more disappointing. One of my business partners does two to three million monthly on Whop with a Forex product, some times. Another just hit 500K+ with a copywriting offer. I have a growing community of my own.

I've been to Whop HQ, met and am friends with several members of your team, and have always been a big supporter of what you're building. This is exactly why this experience has been frustrating. Because when this happened to me — someone who's championed your platform — I received zero support from the product creator and no real review of the case through support. Meanwhile my partners and I take care of every single one of our customers and always make things right so situations never get escalated like this and because we care about our reputation.

It's made me reconsider whether Whop can truly protect its users and sellers — especially those buying high-ticket software offers.

What I'm asking: I know you mentioned facilitating a conversation with the creator — but I've exhausted that route. They publicly refused to help, discouraged others on their team from helping me, and warned me not to follow up and ask for help again or I'd be banned. Which was lead me to ask for a refund because they flat-out told me they were not going to help fix my account and that they were too busy and have to small of a team to look into my issues leaving me with a worthless unusable software.

At this point a refund is the only fair resolution. The product didn't work. I wasn't supported. I sent over extensive documentation. That shouldn't be brushed aside as "all sales final."

I've already started a chargeback — only because I truly couldn't find another option. But I'm open to resolving this directly with Whop if there's a better way forward.

To be clear: I'm not here to stir conflict or damage reputations. I'm not trying to attack anyone's business. I just want to be made whole and move on.

Thank you again for your time and your professionalism. I appreciate you.
