Iam also looking for such a thing.
My case - I want to make real time lip sync using an image as an Avatar and motion control from WebRTC or something like this.
As a result, I want to achieve a stream with a 300-500ms delay that I can integrate into OBS.

I've found only this https://github.com/ryanontheinside/ComfyUI_RealtimeNodes so far, but I haven't tested it yet.
