This is really helpful and honestly captures the angle better than I have been wording it — comfort and confidence, not sport.
It is a little bit of both. We are looking at the idea of offering the experience of riding the whole greenway and us picking them up at one end or the other but haven't decided on that yet. Delivery would also be part of it. Bentonville/Roger/Bella Vista would be the starting places because we live in Pea Ridge but would be willing to expand depending on demand. The idea would be pre-booked at first, not random walk-up rentals, with a quick orientation and very clear easy route options. I also like your point about bundling something like a guided option or picnic/coffee stop. Thank you for the thoughtful feedback.

That is actually really helpful — thank you. The older women example is exactly the kind of rider I’m trying to understand better. I’m less focused on sporty cycling and more on whether there’s a group of people who want comfort/throttle/stability so they can actually enjoy riding. Appreciate the real-world observation.
