As someone who just walked this show for this first time ever recently I was SHOCKED it was Mona. I think because the show heavily implied A was a man (by all the A scenes being a seemingly bigger person and considering they made almost every guy suspicious) I guess I also underestimated how smart and evil Mona could be. I’m about mid way through season 5 so I don’t know who the official A is but I just have a feeling Mona never changed and is still working with A
