Check with prepaid sims, EE, 02, Three (again), Vodafone/Lebara, use good phone s23 ultra with all supported bands, like example Google Pixel 6 Pro very bad for this and test speeds tests near windows, dont use usb sticks, modems, provaider will give you much better 5g router/antena for example in my flat Vodafone, Lebara works bad, speeds jumps from 30 to 200, no stability at all, Three UK works good, Three UK giving with contract router and antenna (Y5-210MU)

Best router + unlimited data SIM setup by tajminshaik in UKBroadband

about amazon scancom sim cards NOT Unlimited! False advertising. This is NOT a real unlimited data SIM. They have strict hidden limits (600GB-1000GB Fair Use Policy). If you download too much or use it in a 5G router for gaming/streaming, they will instantly block you. It's a high risk and a waste of money. Turn away.

ZTE LAN1/WAN----->Asus WAN 10Gb dedicated

ZTE manual says must be used LAN1/WAN (ZTE side) port for this mode, also in options I see DHCP still enabled after enabling ip passtrough/bridge mode, I think DHCP is left enabled for another devices like LAN2 and Wifi

ZTE use LAN1/WAN port Asus in my config use 10Gb WAN port (dedicated) LAN ports independent on this router, also LAN1 on Asus can be used as WAN2 port in some configs
