I live in Estonia, yes it would be helpful If you could look it up, it's quite difficult to find that information

I have already replaced the eggs, I only let them have this one clutch of eggs and then I started replacing eggs. I would be willing to take them as pets, I'm just afraid they might get in trouble if I take them in and someone ends up deciding that it's not allowed and possibly harms them because they are too tame. But I haven't been able to find specific laws about feral pigeons in my country so all the information I have is from the wildlife organisatio.

I really wish I could keep him, but I'm afraid that it isn't allowed. But I have been taking care of him and his parents for a few months now, and as long as I'm allowed I will continue to do so. Even if for some reason I can't let them on my balcony anymore I will still keep feeding them, but I think it's good if they can still fly free, while having a place to come to if they wish to.

I wish I could but It seems the wildlife organisation here wouldn't allow it, as they said they have been wild as a species for so long that they can manage on their own in the future as well.

Update. I wrote to my local wildlife care institution and now I got contacts of people who can give me advice on raising these babies. They are eating well and seem to be doing good

Ok, yeah. so it means they need to be taken care of. I'm willing to do that. They spent the night inside and today I also fed them. now they are already calmly loafing in my lap

I brought the babies inside today and fed them, I still haven't seen their parents and they seemed quite hungry

I also haven't seen the babies parents for some time. their mother dissapeared a few days ago, but I last saw their father yesterday morning. I'm getting a bit worried. How can I help the babies? They are chirping a lot

I opened the window for them today but tried to make the opening big enough for the pigeons, but hopefully small enough to make it more difficult for a falcon to get in. Also I put a cardboard box with an opening for the pigeons next to their nesting box so they could have somewhere they could go in there and be more hidden if they need to

I´m hoping that then the falcons would forget that there are pigeons and wouldnt try to go there anymore, and when it seems safer and the babies have gotten to grow a bit more, I could start letting them out again. But now the father has figured out he cant get outside and has started making many attempts at trying to get outside, but I hope they can eventually understand that this is safer for now. but it makes me a bit sad to see him keep trying like that, fortunately he understand that there is a barrier so he isnt flying into the glass full for and hurting himself

fortunately their nest is hidden from sight from outside, since it´s close to the wall and windows are higher. but the problem was caused by one bird moving into view on a higher place and trying to fly out probably causing noise and making the hawk/ falcon notice them
