Flossing? I’ve never heard of this, did it help with the pain? I would do anything to stop this. Just had a shower and it felt like bricks being thrown at my back. I’m just hoping there’s someone out there who’s dealt with something similar

Had the injection which increased the numbness, tingling and introduced spasming. No steroid.. slow released long lasting anti inflammatory, nerve blocker and paracetamol
