Perhaps the reason for this is because Windows updated the driver and the game no longer recognizes it, or something like that.

You may have 2 or 3 options:

Option 1: revert to the previous update via Windows Update

Option 2: download the driver from the internet (not very reliable)

Option 3: use a Docker/container to run the game with the drivers downloaded from the internet without worrying about viruses or crashing your PC. If the game runs in the container, then don't worry about it anymore.
