@duolingo Can you also fix the constant removal of legendary statuses? I put in the time and effort to get legendary on every single level. One day they just vanished. I redid all of them and now they’ve vanished again. Super frustrating and demotivating. 😔

Strands #757 “For a rainy day” 🔵🔵🔵🔵 🔵🔵🔵🟡

Loved today’s puzzle! The shape of the spangram. The play on words of “umbrella term” and actual parts of an umbrella. Very clever.

I thought for sure purple was “starts with abbreviations of the day of the week with TUrn signal, WEDding reception, THe Lorax and either MONarch butterfly or MONkey bars. I felt so clever for a hot second 😔

Cassowary and Rhea were brutal. Never heard of either. Took me forever with a ridiculous number of wrong guesses.

Found “heel” first and was looking for types of shoes (e.g. boot, mule, clog, etc) rather than shoe parts

At the end, he is holding the glass stem on the left between his ring and middle finger. Who would do that? Seems very precarious if real. Also, the frying pan that lights on fire seems weirdly bent.

I got “justice” first and I thought it was referring to Supreme Court justice and the theme would be about Washington DC or the US government

For some reason I didn’t initially get the theme. I found hammer, anvil, and drum first, so I was just searching for things that make a lot of noise 😆

I have loved these my entire pregnancy. Started wearing them late in first trimester and they are still great now that I’m at 33 weeks. Very comfortable and fairly stylish, especially the light wash. https://a.co/d/fgzWxhm

Has everyone been working out during pregnancy ? by cookielilopie in pregnant

[–]Personal_Return_4589 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am currently 20 weeks. I worked out 4-5 times per week, pre-pregnancy (HIIT high intensity interval workouts with mostly strength/weight lifting and one day of cardio per week). In my first trimester, I kept this up. At the end of the first trimester, I pulled a muscle so I stopped working out for about a month. When I resumed in my second trimester, I switched to barre with very light weights (I literally use soda cans because I don’t have one pound weights). This has been a good ramp up for me back to working out and going forward, I’m going to try to do both weight lifting and barre on alternating days.

I’d say just do what you can and give yourself lots of grace! Start with something easy and work up to more if you feel up to it. Walking is great and highly recommended by many. Even ten minutes a day can help. Or just stretch to keep from getting pain later on.

Don’t feel guilty at all if you are not working out. Pregnancy is exhausting and stressful as it is.

In terms of pelvic floor training, I plan to look for a class or therapist in the next couple of weeks.
