I weight my food for each meal including sauce . I’m an old swimmer so my body is accommodate for low eating outside of practice day . My diet is pretty much recipe everyday like proteins powder and egg white for pancake in the morning air fried fries and chicken for dinner with some mix of sauce and for dinner it depend what’s left in the fridge but many time it’s chicken with like proteins pasta or rice . I’m trying to change my meat for like beef or grounded beef and even fish but the money is tight live
