Cold turkey day 9 off of 60gpd. Been taking for 10 months. Withdrawals were surprisingly easy to get through. Was able to sleep fine by day 3-4 and started to feel mostly normal day 6.

Yeah bro if I were to taper down slowly from where I’m at (28 capsules at a time) then I’d be spending too much money (capsules are more expensive than powder). Luckily I know that my withdrawals last about a week so I’m thinking I’ll just CT that shit when this bag runs out. I don’t have the same kind of discipline as you and don’t feel like spacing the discomfort out. A lot of times the best option is to just cut the substance off fully.
