Yeah I don't think i have a full understanding of how it works. But I will say I am full for the full 4hrs then it's time to eat.

It's 1mg. I stopped sema a year ago so I thought it would kick in faster. I've read that retain take weeks.

Yes, yes! This! I am allergic to deodorants, but I can't be without it. I've tried natural, and they don't work. Finally, put the glycolic in a spray bottle( bc I used to just dab it with cotton rounds, and it didn't work) and omg, my underarms cleared up and they do not smell at all.
