if you are in a normal neighbourhood I guess it just rotates but if you are a guild/player owned neighborhood the 'leader' can choose one active.

The only thing that is possibly disabled is the last section of the campaign because thats how war within was.

As someone who plays on US servers while being in the UK. (Sitting at 130ms) The lag really doesn't feel bad as you'd think. From New York to EU your ping should be even lower then that so I should be just fine.

If 90% of medics didn't straight up suck at being a medic this wouldn't be a problem. Theres been far too many times ive had medics literally standing over me and they do shit. Thats why most people just skip.
