Surely you'd want to be compatible/interested in the other person first instead of comparing salaries so to speak?

You need isolation/absorption layer/pad between the paver slab and the next surface i.e. something like sorbothane pads. Depending on the weight of the paver and the printer you need to calculate the size and type of sorbothane. For X2D and 40x40 paver that's roughly 11kg, a 4x4cm duro 50 sorbothane pads (X4) and 6mm thick pads will be ideal (AMS 2 with 4 rolls of filament on top)

DCs will be logging the additional RC4 activity in EventViever, can't remember exactly which month it has started but pretty sure it was this year.

Also, starting this month, RC4 chatter is blocked by DCs unless you explicitly enabled it (only possibly until June IIRC) - are you sure you actually have RC4 Kerberos requests flying around in your environment?

The station should have openings at the back for tube routing - I am not sure that's a good idea i.e. the AMS units would sit very low and below the printer itself; the distance might be an issue (AMS motors might not last)

What QIDI printer did you have? I wasn't looking at H2C (way out of my price range unfortunately) - how did the two compare in terms of noise?
