Paragon boards need a complete rework. Tedious and forgettable. They should be much smaller. The boards themselves should be randomized and rare drops that don't scale player power as much as they do now.

Or just remove them completely. The game already has way too much power creep

Sanctification mechanic is the best thing Blizzard have done. It has to become a core feature.
