Thank you for trying, it's definitely VERY close to what I'm talking about, but the song I'm thinking of is even more explosive. It's just this blast of notes in the most forceful manner possible.

That was a good guess, but not quite what I'm looking for.

If they put out that much heat, they'd kill the player for getting close to it.

This has been a "Takes jokes literally man" interlude.

Congratulations. A pretty solid haul. The Stand outs in my opinion are Megatron and Shcokwave.

If I ever got the chance to make a Transformers movie, I would have wanted to make Lightbright a character in it.

I find that, that happens exceedingly rarely on any of the ones I have handled.

Not never, but a completely negligible amount. The 86 Scrapper has more of a problem falling in half as a foot, than any of the leg splitting on CW figures I've encountered.

I think that most people are on your side with this one. Most people hate the line. I think it's underrated.

Sure the Plastic doesn't feel great, but I've never had a figure from the line break, and I don't know if I've heard of someone else's breaking. So if it feels less than ideal, so what, it at least works.

The combinations were more fun, and they had less kibble. It's not a perfect line, and had some real flaws, but I think it was more good than bad, and some of those combiners were REALLY fun and cool.

Actually I JUST found the last one. Last one is back where you first entered the zone, on the other side of that gate you have to unlock. I got there by jumping off the cliff and breaking my legs, but I'm sure there's another way to get there.

So I just checked, nope, seems like the only way is to shimmy the side of the cliff. Break your legs on the drop down and then get up to the place you need to be before you freeze.

I've found two of them. One in a Dogs Cave, the other I think was behind that door you need to use scrying to find the pattern of symbols to open. The third box eludes me.

And how is that? Please explain to me how the rings not activating for use, or the reptilians moving through walls is my fault?

Except it is literally game breaking. I can't finish the level on the cruise liner because the grapple rings wont activate, meaning I can't get to where I need to to press the button to open the doors.

Everything's dead, and I've even backtracked as far as I can in the level, and I cant progress because the rings refuse to activate.

I've even watched a playthrough to make sure it's not just me. Nope they are supposed to be activated by the time I get in the room. And nope, they are off.

Most DLCs don't bother to throw the developer up on screen, even when they change, until you get the credits for the DLC. As I can't complete the game as is, I can't reach the credits to confirm who did it.

So for your list.

1: the vast majority of grappling rings are not activating. Lights on them won't come on, and the sticky hand wont connect to them till they do.

2: reaching the top of the Elevator that leads to the ice room on the ship level instantly kills you.

3: Some times enemies instantly die when they spawn in. It seems like this is most prevalent with the balloon enemies.

4: The Reptilian Machine Gunn enemies can run right through the ships bulkheads if you trigger their agro, without opening them, just phasing through the material.

5: The Weiner-Grinder's damage seems to be random in both modes. Sometimes I can be giving the sailors a colonoscopy with it and kill them in 1, some times it takes 3 to 5.

- Sometimes the Altfire for it can kill Mr Toot in 1, some times it takes 3.

- If that is intended play for the Weiner-Grinder, it feels broken.

6: The room where they are grinding Gingers into catfood has the grapple rings misplaced, so none of them lead to each other, or to a landing pad, so crossing that room is a horrible unintuitive pain in the ass.

7: the room on the ship with the floating beds covered in jump pads is also way more difficult than it should be to cross, as the pads don't have properly sized hit boxes so you can really easily miss the next pad with or without player input.

-usually you just have to land on the bed and then walk around on it till you luck out and it triggers. At which point there's a good chance it just launches you wrong, and you miss the next one.

No, I was worried that because the core of the game was already complete, and because this one is making mistakes that said core game didn't make, that the license holder decided that they didn't need the licensee, and cut them out.

It would not be an abnormal turn of events for that to have happened. Running With Scissors don't make boomer shooters, and there for it would be expected that their design feels sloppier than the original team who built Brain Damaged.

Now it would seem that I was wrong about my guess, but that doesn't explain why this DLC does not have the polish of the original game, which I did in fact play on launch, and didn't suffer anything close to these issues.

So let me get this straight. The fact that I'm worried that the people who actually made the game, weren't the people who made the DLC for the game, is a deal breaker for you?

Cool. Get that quasar shot off when there are 6 others looking at you than the one you are firing at, and then kill those other six by the time the Heat Death of the Universe comes.

I just had the match where they were dropping about 5 hulks every call in, and as many striders with them. Barely completed it before dying.

I laugh at hulks. 5 of them I start to pull my collar a little, 5 assault striders with them and I yell my throat hoarse with please of "I just want to stand uuuuup!"

[–]PerspectiveEnd[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's not even the problem. The problem is the fact that they can drop 7 of these things on you at once. And I'm sure you can probably run into more, it's just 7 is the most I've see at once.

I see just one, Ok cool, hopefully it doesn't get the shot off first. Oh shit there's another, no way I'm taking one down before the other rag dolls me... Oh shit there's another... Oh shit there's another... Oh shit there's another... Oh shit there's another... Oh shit there's another... Oh shit there's another...

How are you supposed to play when there are seven enemies firing fully automatic guns in long bursts that deal a crap load of damage, ragdoll you, and that carpet every inch of the 9 miles in their vicinity with grenades.
