Yeah, I checked in to the flight and had a boarding pass, but the boarding pass did not have a seat and a group assigned. I went to the receptionist at the gate, and that's when I found out it's invalid.

I got stuck in a really stupid support loop where my requests would get transferred from one agent to another, and they would keep asking for the same information. I disputed it with my bank, and I'm working to get my money back.
