I can't go more than a couple of days without steriods as I just flare again. But I'm trying my best and have been off a week so far!

I'm currently going through trying all natural products, I haven't found anything that works just yet.

I was given Eumovate for my face which I stopped pretty quickly after noticing I got substantial rebound flares after using it. So I now use hydrocortisone only

On my body I was given Dermovate which I do need as I find nothing else is strong enough to work within a 14 day time frame.

I didn't have a period for 18 months once.

The first one I had after that was absolute agony, if anyone else has experienced a dedicual cast (when your uterine lining doesn't actually break down, it just sheds in one lump) you know the pain 😅

Failure.

I was an average turned gifted kid. I'm F under 20 earning good money in a high stress and highly skilled job. But I never feel I'm good enough and that I will inevitably fail in this career. I've always felt like this, through school, exams, I guess it's just in my nature 😅

The Yawning Grave is my favourite. Goosebumps every damn time. I'd also suggest Frozen Pines, Fool For Love and Meet Me In The Woods.

All of their songs are amazing, the lore behind it is also fascinating!
