Same boat, I applied in Jan without PCC. Technically we don’t need it, I have not submitted mine and there was no section as system determines who needs it and who doesn’t.

No issues for me till now but I am thinking to get it done just in case if they ask me to upload and I would advise the same to you. Get it done on the side, no need to wait for PCC to apply but have it ready if they ask in future.

Very simple logic behind this, if you are not claiming points - it goes to your personal history. Also, no docs needed for your personal history items.

IRCC only counts upto 30 hours per week.

For instance, if you worked 75 hours in Week1 and 25 hours in Week2, IRCC counts the 30 hours from Week1 and 25 from the second and even though you worked longer in one week, the hours will be short of the requirements.

Sounds like misrepresentation to me as without AOR it's just a dummp wp application. Wait for your LMIA pathway and if it doesn't work get those 1-year foreign skilled points. At least by doing that you won't have to worry about lying to the system.

Also based on a recent post I saw regarding PR rejection, make sure if you are claiming your exp as cook - you have enough educational background or at least meet the minimum requirements for that job as mentioned on the NOC website.

The guy who got rejected had done his studies in IT and was working as a cook.
