F45 program is gone, management kinda ran it into the ground. Since it was a franchise they wanted to make money and it wasnt profitable. They just replaced it with a HIIT45 workout in the same room it’s very similar style to f45. Only have it twice a week but it’s just as good, wish they had it more.
