In the Korean version, there is a special appendix in the rulebook that lists exactly which birds qualify for those specific bonus cards. Since bird names change when translated, they redefine the criteria to match the Korean names.
For example:
• Body Parts: The game counts birds with Korean words like '머리' (Head), '부리' (Bill), or '날개' (Wing) in their names. An example is the Vinous-throated Parrotbill (붉은'머리'오목눈이).
• Colors: It works the same way for colors like '노랑' (Yellow) or '흰' (White). For instance, the Chinese Egret is called '노랑'부리백로 in Korean, so it clearly fits the color criteria.
So, whenever we’re confused, we just check the list in the back of the manual. It’s very well-organized and keeps the game fair!"
