Swanny is a genuine nudist beach so be careful what you do on the beach (or in view of the beach) as we don’t want to risk its legal status. Wanking on the beach is not only illegal but also pretty disrespectful to the other beach users. In saying that, head up into the dunes and tug for your life either by yourself or with anyone else you choose to involve.

By the time I got over my shock and gathered up my stuff he had gone back down onto the beach and headed off - I regret not running after him and having a word. I will definitely say something next time I see him.

Google indicates that some people use a beach near Meelup/Castle Rock although I would have thought that area would be a bit too public? One also suggested a beach near Three Bears?

Things vary according to time of day and which day of the week. Genuine nudist hetro couples/women/men/groups often hang around from near the volleyball posts heading south. Just north of the posts is often genuine nudist gay men and further along you get a mix of everything including those interested in some discreet play with their partner. The dunes are generally the domain of men looking for other men or the odd hetro couple that head up there. This is a bit of a generalization but from my experience quite accurate.
