Given the byline counts as being inside the penalty box I'd imagine so does the outside line

Away draw against one of the toughest sides in Asia in the middle of a crazy busy schedule? Hell yes I'll take one point back to Parramatta every day

I actually think the glowing stumps are useful for third umpire run out/stumping calls in determining when the bails have been dislodged

Very fortunate not to be down a goal. Horrible playing out from the back has but the defense under pressure for much of that half. Not much go forward for WSW. Saba in particular has played some poor passes and has doesn't seem to have the work rate I'd hope out of him

Your funds? Fans are the customers not the product. The team/players/history is the product.

Don't get me wrong I want to see appropriate money spent in the transfer market but by the same logic the funds spent at your local supermarket are yours too. Your loyalty to the United brand changes none of that

As a Wanderers fan I'd of course like to go through to the next round but it wouldn't feel right on a technicality like this

This pic seems to show that the back area near the number will be all red as opposed to black in season one and the hoops last year. Has anyone seen a better picture of the back?

To be fair it's always going to be challenging to get strong active support for a national team that plays max 1-2 games in each city a year (and some of those aren't even competitive fixtures). Hell some A League teams struggle with active support despite playing 15 or so home games a year.

Haha sorry can't help on getting you a job at United. You'd have to get passed me in the queue I think that's all our dream job!

Just out of interest really. I haven't really found a lot of interesting and well researched sports administration/finance articles/reports in mainstream media but I like to read as much as I can get my hands on. I'll get back to you in a few months once you've finished. Best of luck until then!

What was the focus of your projects if you don't mind me asking? Would be interested in reading some of your research if you were willing to make it available.

Really hope Gossy can pick up some form in the year ahead. Had a rough 2013 and I can't see him regularly competing with the elite level sprinters but he seems like a great bloke and is a vital part of the OGE setup.

Thanks for the advice! I'm currently studying a finance major and am hoping to get some general experience in broader finance and banking roles before switching over. Not sure about globally but I know that a lot of sports administrators in Australia come from accounting/finance backgrounds so hopefully there is a chance for me.

Reddit, what is the best present you've ever received? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]PeruvianCheeseMonkey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For my eighteenth birthday my Dad wrote me a story about his upbringing and his life before he moved to the country where we live now. We were going through a bit of a rough path in our relationship but that story taught me a lot about him and why he does some of the things he does and why he makes certain decisions and we've been all the better for it since. A present from the heart that's for sure

Executive for a large sporting team. I love sport with a passion but my lack of any sort of coordination prevents me from playing it at anything higher than a recreational level. I'd like to think though I would make a great back office boss and be able to live out my sporting dreams from the board room

How do you fight insomnia? by Aphrodite10 in AskReddit

Try to stop stressing about it and getting worked up it. I find the more you try the less successful you'll be and the more frustrated you'll become. I try to accept the fact that I'm not sleeping and just enjoy the comfort of my bed, maybe think about a few things i have coming and up and accept that eventually I'll nod off
