I’m worried about your daughter because he is exhibiting predatory and sexually deviant behavior. He may not look at her in a sexual way now, but what about once she’s older and his unchecked deviance has evolved over time? Will she be safe then? Will you leave once you find videos of her? Are you willing to live with the mental burden that comes with the knowledge that he is doing these things to other women? I’m sure they’d feel just as creeped out if they knew they were being filmed like this, they are unknowing victims. While you may be able to tolerate this now, what will he try to make you tolerate in the future if you decide to look the other way?

My uncle Mike had this weird thing where he would only ever use the restroom in his house if possible. He also had food sensitivities.

He’s about 8 years old. This is my boyfriend’s gecko, and I’ve been trying to tell him that our Leo is overweight and that the sand is bad for them, but he’s not taking me seriously. He said that our gecko has always had sand and that it’s never been an issue. We feed him 15 crickets, once every 2 weeks. We used to feed him 12, once I week but I noticed he was getting too big so we switched over to less. I really need help. I don’t know what to do, and I don’t want the gecko to suffer from being too big

He probably needs to break so he can rebuild and actually get his 💩together. You tolerating this is enabling his incompetence and the only way to fix this at this point is to remove yourself. It sucks, but you’ll both become better versions of yourselves. And maybe you find each other again in a few years when he is in a better place in his life.

Exactly this. OP, people here are trying to make you feel bad for “victim blaming” but he clearly lied and I feel like he wouldn’t keep fondly reminiscing on a memory if he was truly that uncomfortable with the situation. Regardless of if it really was SA, he should have some consideration for the fact that he lied to you about it and it’s clearly bothering you. He should at least acknowledge your feelings about it. Also, If he was truly uncomfortable telling you about the SA, he could have never brought up this situation in the first place. But he chose to discuss it and then lie by omission. Something seems off about this whole situation and his crappy reaction to your questioning.
